We have upgraded the interiors of our VGG rotisseries with LED lights and smooth bright annealed stainless steel interior which is easy to clean.

Sear the outside, then go low and slow when cooking leg of lamb. Cooking at a lower temperature will retain the juices inside so your final result will be absolutely tender.
