BT and LTS Series Breading and Landing Tables

The BKI® BT-24M breading table is the perfect companion to one of our fryers. These breading tables are compact and portable for breading and preparing product for frying. Our breading system is designed to produce a consistent product while reducing breading costs. A spring-loaded hinged marinade basket makes delivering raw product into the breading lug easy. A hand sifter separates dough balls, promoting consistency in the sifted breading. The LTS landing table is designed to easily transport product from fryers to hot display cases. BKI landing tables include all stainless steel construction, a set of four locking casters, and stainless steel runners for 18” x 26” pans.
