FKM-FC
This large pressure fryer has an 18 lb product capacity and is ideal for the high production of southern fried chicken. All BKI pressure fryers have a built-in cold zone that collects surplus breading, prolonging the life of your oil. This unit is complete with the patented "Quick-Disconnect" filtration system, which promotes safer and simpler operation for a profitable and manageable fried food program.

LPF-F

LGF-FC*
Super efficient gas pressure fryer offers fried food options that are efficient and easy to implement and manage. BKI's patented "Quick-Disconnect" filtration system and an "Instant-On" electric ignitor help ensure simple and easy operation. With the electric ignitor, the burners are activated only when the fryer is turned on, eliminating the need for a constantly burning pilot.
