The BKI® COM-ES full-size electric convection oven offers 10.5 kW of power allowing you to keep your food service operation running smoothly. The system is powered by an energy efficient 1/4 HP air-cooled fan motor. Our two-speed fan is designed with a patented wheel-within-a-wheel to enhance air flow within the cooking chamber.  Dual doors are 60/40 split-type with double-pane thermal glass, synchronized operation, stainless steel seals, and a single mounted "Cool Touch" handle. Doors are fabricated with stainless steel inside and out, and fully insulated with 2" of industrial grade insulation. Safety features include a door interlock switch which automatically turns the fan and burners off when the oven door is opened. The porcelain enamel interiors have 11-position removable rack guides and 5 racks. The easy to use rotary controls include quick cool-down function and 60-minute timer with continuous ring alarm. The oven is serviceable from the front and offers a full range of options and accessories.
Crusty Bread
Baking fresh bread for your customers can be done with a simple push of a button. How? The BKI® Combi-King® line of combination ovens allow you to program your favorite recipe with up to 9 steps per cook cycle. Combi-King® ovens also allow you to control humidity from 0-100% so bread doesn't dry out. The BKI® line of convection ovens are also great at baking bread. The optional steam injection provides humidity to keep bread moist while the four-fan system circulates heat evenly throughout the chamber. Combine a BKI® oven with our bakery display case to keep your baked goods fresh for hours.
Chef Baking Bread
The BKI® COB and COM series of convection ovens are perfect for baking a variety of breads and pastries. The four-fan convection system ensures even heating resulting in perfectly baked goodies.
